Train The Trainer - Intensive Program - VIP06

1. You are to be trained on how to explain simple English Grammar in Bahasa Melayu correctly to those who have ZERO (or very limited) knowledge of English, using our FFES and KIUgBI-eff techniques. 2. The English GRAMMAR slots will be conducted in Bahasa Melayu.
3. The English SPEAKING slots will be 100% in English using "ListSpeak" and "Speak English Now" techniques.
4. This workshop does not offer theorical lecturings. There will not be lengthy lessons on how to teach English or how to use English Grammar & Vocabular, because you have already had enough knowledge and skills in this area. This workshop is a PRACTICAL-BASED, full of action-packed activities involving you as a future qualified FFES & KIUgBI trainer.
5. There will be a lot of discussions, making suggestions, sharing ideas, preparation of teaching slides & notes and brainstorming sessions. You will have to do many presentations using your own materials.

Course outcome

1. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to deliver the English lessons by using FFES and KIUgBI-eff techniques.
2. If you wish, you are entitled to work for us immediately after the workshop but in different sections, capacities & functions, based on your personal achievement and performance during the whole workshop. Your allowances will be based on which area you will be assigned to.
   
3. Your probational period will be a minimum of 3 months, thereafter you are to be appointed as a Qualified FFES Trainer. You will be known as an "Assistant English Trainer" during the first three months.
4. Most of the future job will be ONLINE and ON CALL basis, but you may be assigned in a full time monthly basis if necessary as a Qualified FFES Trainers or FFES Executives.
